Speaking Your Truth

A wise woman once told me that the answer to every question about relationships can be summarized with the simple formula as follows:

1) Show up. 2) Be present. 3) Speak your little t truth.

Developing the capacity to speak your truth- with power and tact- in your relationships is the most liberating practice I know of.

When you repress your truth it begins to eat away at you.

The further away you get from expressing your truth in order to please others, the further out of alignment you become with who you really are and what direction you're set to take in this life.

Coming home to your truth is a daily practice, a moment to moment practice. The body does not lie. Emotions don't lie to us. Our mind lies to us.

When we listen and abide by the truth in our bodies we are able to access freedom and vitality again.
